Shipping Policy


Canada & US

Dancers and Warriors sends all its packages using Canada Post. The shipping costs of your package will be calculated at checkout. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of the package and distance of travel. 

We will always ship your package as soon as possible. Allow up to 48 hours(excluding weekends and holidays) from your purchase for your order to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, allow 1-10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location. US may be longer due to customs and greater distance of travel. If the product you ordered is not in stock and the expected wait time is 2+ weeks you will be notified with the expected date of fulfillment. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days(15 for US) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We do not currently ship to any other countries besides Canada and the US.


The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence. Dancers and Warriors is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Dancers and Warriors to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. Dancers and Warriors is not responsible for this payment. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Should Dancers and Warriors mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Dancers and Warriors is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
